Cancellations
You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first for return instructions. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Allow 3–10 business days for settlement depending on provider.
Lost parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will issue a full refund. We cannot be responsible for non-collection or incorrect addresses.
